Total Rewards Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.

• Develop and refine SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition.

• Design and consistently improve compensation frameworks, salary bands, and incentive programs.

• Spearhead annual compensation initiatives, including merit increases, bonuses, and pay evaluations.

• Perform market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

• Oversee enterprise-wide benefits programs, including vendor management, renewals, and cost optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with Compliance to manage Leave of Absence benefits, enhance LOA administration, and provide organization-wide LOA policy education.

• Work alongside HR and Finance to formulate and implement the total rewards strategy.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, pay transparency regulations, and internal governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in total rewards, encompassing advanced compensation design, incentive programs, and benefits strategy within complex or high-growth organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Advanced skills in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing tools, HRIS platforms, and data analytics.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities and capacity to influence senior leadership.

• Skill in translating complex data into clear insights to drive decision-making.

• High accountability and a results-oriented mindset.

• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
