This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the engagement in external market surveys and carry out benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive positioning that aligns with pay philosophy and regional/global frameworks.

• Perform job evaluations and market pricing for new and developing roles; deliver structured salary recommendations backed by data and internal equity analysis.

• Provide support, collaboration, and communication regarding Rewards programs to business stakeholders, P&O, and Associates.

• Offer effective support and service to our internal P&O community; respond to inquiries related to compensation and provide guidance to address outstanding issues.

• Assist with organization design initiatives by conducting compensation impact assessments.

• Maintain and enhance salary structures and grading frameworks.

• Create comprehensive compensation and benefits dashboards to aid leadership decision-making.

• Execute cost modeling and scenario analysis for annual merit cycles, incentive plans, and structural modifications.

• Examine trends in pay equity, reward competitiveness, and program effectiveness, delivering clear recommendations based on findings.

• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to improve reporting automation and data quality controls.

• Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Co-manage annual merit and incentive processes, ensuring governance, adherence to timelines, and alignment with budget.

• Work alongside Finance during planning and forecasting cycles related to compensation and benefits costs.

• Aid in the review and enhancement of benefits offerings in partnership with vendors and local P&O teams.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new or revised reward programs, policies, and guidelines.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to P&O and business leaders on compensation decisions and reward frameworks.

• Develop and deliver training, tools, and communications to managers regarding compensation processes and philosophy.

• Address complex compensation-related inquiries with structured, data-driven guidance.

• Ensure reward programs adhere to internal governance standards and local regulations.

• Maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of policies and processes.

• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and consistency across markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in analytical compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related analytical HR/Finance roles.

• Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration.

• Multi-country exposure is advantageous.

• Experience with employee benefit plan analysis and administration is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with a natural inclination to quantify decisions, along with experience in financial modeling and interpreting large datasets.

• Excellent writing and influencing abilities to effectively communicate complex compensation decisions to business stakeholders and external suppliers and vendors, building credibility.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with ambiguity, demonstrating resourcefulness and agility within a small team.

• Willingness to learn and adopt new concepts, tools, and processes with minimal supervision.

• Appreciation for speed and urgency while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Logical thinking and approach.

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Minimum C1 level proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to consolidate and manipulate large data sets while committing to accuracy.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Knowledge of Workday is desirable.
