This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assist in recruitment, operational processes, and business functions within A1.
• Ensure effective execution of key initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and upholding operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to support a diverse range of activities, such as recruitment operations, agency management, office arrangements, events, and business administration.
• Organize hiring processes, interviews, and relationships with recruiters.
• Facilitate agency onboarding, communication, and follow-up activities.
• Oversee project tracking, action items, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and business logistics as needed.
• Assist with office setups, vendor management, and local operational tasks.
• Create reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure the completion of key initiatives and outstanding tasks.
• Help maintain smooth daily business operations.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve problems independently
