This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Facilitate cross-departmental activities and manage ad-hoc information exchange between internal teams (such as finance and compliance) and external partners.
• Oversee the onboarding process for partners and act as the primary contact for new potential partners.
• Address and prioritize affiliate support inquiries received through email, chat, and support channels, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Manage the monthly affiliate payment process by preparing and validating payment data for financial processing.
• Perform administrative duties relevant to the department, including coordinating player onboarding, supporting AML efforts, following up on compliance issues, and resolving partner inquiries regarding payments and accounts.
• Assist in managing partner relationships through basic outreach and follow-up actions (e.g., re-engaging inactive partners, monitoring performance follow-ups).
• Communicate with affiliate partners regarding brand offers, promotions, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that communication channels and partner-facing content remain up-to-date.
• Provide operational insights on automation and AI tools as they are integrated to enhance and support the role.
• Represent the company at industry events held both in Malta and internationally.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Prior experience in an operations, affiliate, customer support, account management, or administrative capacity within the iGaming sector.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English with outstanding communication abilities (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to effectively manage and prioritize various tasks.
• Computer-savvy with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to maintain accuracy when handling data and administrative tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivated team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
