This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create tools, automations, templates, frameworks, and scalable solutions to enhance the relationship between compensation, performance, attrition, hiring, and staffing.
• Assist in strategic initiatives such as people analytics, workforce planning, pay equity, compensation cycles, STIP, LTIP, pay transparency readiness, and organizational redesign.
• Convert ambiguous business inquiries into structured analyses, models, and decision-making frameworks.
• Recognize repetitive or low-value tasks and reimagine them using AI-driven solutions.
• Aid in formalizing compensation philosophy, governance, and decision-making logic within scalable systems.
• Participate in the advancement of Harriet, the internal AI assistant, through knowledge architecture, workflow integration, and database upkeep.
• 3–7 years of experience in an analytical, operational, consulting, project management, or transformation-focused role.
• Experience in Compensation, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, FP&A, or HR Technology is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to boost productivity, automate workflows, and innovate work processes.
• Strong analytical skills paired with operational execution capabilities.
• Able to work independently and proactively create solutions.
• Familiarity with HR systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and knowledge management platforms.
