This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Delivers practical analytical and consultative assistance for Hangerās compensation initiatives.
⢠Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and organizational leaders to implement compensation strategies.
⢠Aids in the annual merit and bonus processes by preparing, verifying, and consolidating department-specific reports.
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a similar discipline.
⢠At least 7 years of experience in compensation management.
⢠Proficient in working with HRIS and compensation platforms (e.g., Oracle, ADP, SAP, Workday).
⢠Familiarity with commission, incentive, or variable pay programs.
⢠Annual bonus: up to 8% of base salary based on bonus eligibility criteria.
