• Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and organizational leaders to implement compensation strategies.
• Aids in the annual merit and bonus processes by preparing, verifying, and consolidating department-specific reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in compensation management.
• Proficient in working with HRIS and compensation platforms (e.g., Oracle, ADP, SAP, Workday).
• Familiarity with commission, incentive, or variable pay programs.
• Annual bonus: up to 8% of base salary based on bonus eligibility criteria.
