• Spearheading strategic initiatives and managing expectations of stakeholders in the digital media and TMT sectors.

• Organizing and coordinating leadership team meetings and calls to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

• Supervising research and data analysis to support strategic planning and implementation.

• Ensuring consistent execution across various sectors by collaborating with different lines of service.

• Applying project management expertise to plan, budget, and execute projects efficiently.

• Fostering team development through mentorship and by leveraging the unique strengths of team members.

• Adopting technology and innovation to improve service delivery and encourage knowledge sharing.
