This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Evaluate recorded documents to accurately certify the following:
β’ Assess intricate title issues
β’ Ensure a correct chain of title and precise vesting
β’ Confirm the accurate legal description of the property in question
β’ Review any restrictions related to the property in question
β’ Identify any claims or liens (e.g., mortgages, judgments, tax assessments)
β’ Detect potential issues or problems with the recorded documents
β’ Recognize any potential challenges concerning the foreclosure
β’ Provide title packages within the expected turnaround times to the client's designated web portal
β’ Follow up on title issues that arise in files to ensure timely resolution
β’ Positive attitude is essential
β’ College degree preferred
β’ 3-5 years of experience in REO Title & Closing preferred
β’ Familiarity with Resware
β’ Proficient in written and verbal communication
β’ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
