Title Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluate recorded documents to accurately certify the following:

• Assess intricate title issues

• Ensure a correct chain of title and precise vesting

• Confirm the accurate legal description of the property in question

• Review any restrictions related to the property in question

• Identify any claims or liens (e.g., mortgages, judgments, tax assessments)

• Detect potential issues or problems with the recorded documents

• Recognize any potential challenges concerning the foreclosure

• Provide title packages within the expected turnaround times to the client's designated web portal

• Follow up on title issues that arise in files to ensure timely resolution

⛳️ Requirements

• Positive attitude is essential

• College degree preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in REO Title & Closing preferred

• Familiarity with Resware

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
