Title Examiner II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver title services on a national scale

• Assist in real estate transactions by researching public records and assessing property titles

• Evaluate the legal status and insurability of property titles

• Gather, investigate, and review public and tax records to pinpoint liabilities

• Create precise and thorough title commitments in line with company protocols

• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines

• Collaborate with team members and associated teams

• Identify and resolve common issues using predefined solutions

• Convey moderately complex information within the team

• Oversee personal workload with general supervision

• Execute additional tasks as directed by management

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Generally requires 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Competence in compiling, investigating, and reviewing public and tax records

• Capability to assess title liabilities, legal status, and property insurability

• Proficiency in preparing accurate and detailed title commitments

• Ability to adhere to company examination and policy protocols

• Skill in identifying and resolving common issues using established solutions

• Ability to communicate moderately complex information in standard situations

• Capability to work under general supervision and manage personal workload

• No supervisory responsibilities involved
