Title Abstract Vendor Management Coordinator – Pre-Foreclosure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit vendors for Abstract & Notary services

• Oversee the establishment and upkeep of Abstract & Notary Vendor Profiles

• Engage with ServiceLink’s vendor panel to handle fees and billing protocols

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of Vendor payments in line with ServiceLink standards

• Collaborate with vendors, staff, and other relevant external agencies

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Relevant work experience in the real estate sector

• Demonstrated customer service abilities

• Competence in using personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
