TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale using the TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace.

• Build and oversee a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up.

• Negotiate commission structures while managing ongoing relationships with creators.

• Create and distribute innovative briefs that align with high-converting TikTok trends.

• Implement product seeding strategies and monitor ROI from partnerships with creators.

• Initiate and manage flash sales, TikTok Lives, and campaigns led by creators to enhance GMV.

• Optimize product listings within the TikTok Seller Center, including titles, visuals, pricing, and offers.

• Monitor shop performance metrics, including reviews, shipping statistics, and compliance with policies.

• Analyze and track affiliate GMV, creator conversion rates, and the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Provide weekly performance reports that include actionable insights and plans for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing TikTok Shop for eCommerce brands.

• Proven success in scaling affiliate and creator programs.

• Strong sales and outreach mindset with experience in handling high volumes of DMs and emails.

• Practical experience with:

• TikTok Affiliate Center

• TikTok Creator Marketplace

• TikTok Seller Center

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• A data-driven approach with the capacity to track GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.

• In-depth understanding of TikTok trends and viral content.
