TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale through the TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace.

• Build and oversee a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up.

• Negotiate commission structures while managing ongoing relationships with creators.

• Develop and distribute creative briefs that align with trending and high-converting TikTok content.

• Implement product seeding strategies and monitor ROI from partnerships with creators.

• Initiate and manage flash sales, TikTok Lives, and campaigns led by creators to boost GMV.

• Optimize product listings within the TikTok Seller Center, including titles, visuals, pricing, and offers.

• Assess shop performance by reviewing feedback, shipping metrics, and compliance with policies.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate GMV, creator conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

• Provide weekly performance reports that include actionable insights and plans for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing TikTok Shop for eCommerce brands.

• Proven success in scaling affiliate and creator programs.

• Strong sales and outreach mindset, with experience handling high volumes of DMs and emails.

• Practical experience with:

• TikTok Affiliate Center.

• TikTok Creator Marketplace.

• TikTok Seller Center.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

• A data-driven approach with the ability to track GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.

• In-depth understanding of TikTok trends and viral content.

• An existing network of TikTok creators and influencers.
