TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale utilizing the TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace.

• Establish and oversee a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up.

• Negotiate commission structures while managing ongoing relationships with creators.

• Create and disseminate creative briefs that align with trending TikTok content for high conversion.

• Implement product seeding strategies and monitor the ROI from partnerships with creators.

• Initiate and manage flash sales, TikTok Lives, and campaigns led by creators to enhance GMV.

• Optimize product listings on the TikTok Seller Center, including titles, visuals, pricing, and offers.

• Evaluate shop performance, encompassing reviews, shipping metrics, and adherence to policies.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate GMV, creator conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Provide weekly performance reports featuring actionable insights and plans for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing TikTok Shop for eCommerce brands.

• Proven success in scaling affiliate and creator programs.

• Strong sales and outreach mindset, complemented by experience in high-volume DMs and emails.

• Practical experience with:

• TikTok Affiliate Center

• TikTok Creator Marketplace

• TikTok Seller Center

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

• A data-driven approach with the ability to track GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends and viral content.
