TikTok Shop Assistant – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a high-achieving network of TikTok Shop affiliates

• Design enticing affiliate offers that stimulate intent and urgency

• Monitor affiliate performance and refine strategies for maximum GMV impact

• Manage TikTok Shop paid advertising with a solid grasp of GMVmax

• Continuously experiment with creatives, target audiences, and offers to reduce CAC and enhance ROAS

• Generate weekly reports detailing ad performance and revenue growth

• Optimize TikTok Shop listings to ensure optimal visibility and conversion rates

• Investigate keywords and consumer behavior trends to enhance organic discovery

• Utilize tools such as Kalodata or Fastmoss to monitor performance trends

• Identify top-selling products, highest converting videos, and traffic sources

• Deliver insight-driven recommendations to support sustained growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an influencer marketing or outreach capacity

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in tools like KAOLdata, Fastmoss, or similar

• Experience managing ads through TikTok Shop Ads or TikTok Ads Manager

• Active TikTok user with comprehensive knowledge of platform trends, content formats, and audience engagement techniques

• Proven track record with TikTok Shop

• In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing and offer development

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas in an outreach-related position

• Basic to intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign management and reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Fluent in English, well-organized, and proactive

• Capacity to work full-time in the EST time zone
