This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify and onboard creators as affiliate partners.
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms of partnership with creators.
• Ensure that contracts and agreements are signed before activation.
• Monitor active partnerships and follow up on deliverables.
• Oversee creator profiles and manage sample coordination workflows.
• Handle product listings, order coordination, and daily shop operations.
• Track shop performance and proactively address any issues.
• Keep accurate records of creator activities and contracts.
• Ensure that workflows and documentation remain current.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests via Slack.
• Independently resolve inquiries when feasible.
• Escalate issues with relevant context when necessary.
• Maintain a strong presence in client-facing communication channels.
• Coordinate timelines for content delivery and campaign launches.
• Manage outreach and onboarding of new creators.
• Track and document all vendor communications.
• Maintain organized documentation across all workstreams.
• Provide support for internal team coordination as needed.
• Keep task tracking systems and tools up to date.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate operations, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong experience in managing relationships with creators or vendors.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within the Israel time zone overlap (non-negotiable).
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and capability to work independently.
• Outstanding communication skills in fast-paced, remote settings.
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate platforms is preferred.
• Background in influencer marketing or the creator economy is preferred.
• Experience with handling contracts or vendor agreements is preferred.
• Experience in global or distributed teams is preferred.
• Proficiency in Slack (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Notion (preferred).
• Experience with TikTok Shop back-office tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Modash) (preferred).
• Experience with CRM or outreach tools (preferred).
