Tier 1 Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming client communications through phone, chat, and our online customer portal.

• Assist end-users in administering their PerfectServe applications.

• Provide training to end-users on optimal usage of PerfectServe’s phone, mobile, and web applications.

• Take ownership of basic to advanced troubleshooting related to message delivery and/or message content issues; identify root causes and implement necessary configuration changes to resolve problems.

• Consult, design, configure, and deploy custom applications while leveraging best practices to address the workflow requirements of PerfectServe’s end users.

• Create and update new user accounts following established standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with end-users and hospital IT personnel to resolve mobile and web connectivity challenges.

• Work in conjunction with other PerfectServe teams, such as customer success, integration, and technical teams, to address escalated technical issues.

• We encourage all team members to have their cameras on during internal and external meetings to promote engagement and foster a sense of connection.
