This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide assistance with Tier 1 support tasks in ServiceNow and Zendesk
• Acquire knowledge of AWS concepts pertinent to troubleshooting
• Maintain precise documentation and appropriate routing of issues
• Observe Tier 1 support personnel to understand workflows
• Participate in the maintenance of documentation and knowledge base
• Relevant experience in Customer Support
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Zendesk platforms
• Basic understanding of AWS concepts
• Capability to document and prioritize support requests
• Awareness of escalation procedures to Tier 2/engineering teams
