Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product assistance.

• Represent HealthStream and become the strongest advocate for our clients.

• Comply with all HealthStream security policies and protocols.

• Offer support via phone, email, and chat channels.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues effectively.

• Foster strong relationships with both colleagues and customers.

• Identify, test, and document issues for clarity.

• Collaborate across teams on initiatives centered around customer satisfaction.

• Engage in testing new features and propose improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a technical help desk or support role.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Practical experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.

• Exceptional and engaging phone demeanor.

• Superior written communication abilities.

• Strong aptitude for problem-solving.

• Capacity to interact with both technical and non-technical clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft operating systems.

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.

• Willingness to work an 8-hour shift from 7 AM to 7 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
