Ticketing Team Member – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Ticketing Member responsible for accurately issuing flight bookings in a timely manner during each shift, utilizing Sabre.

• Create and oversee Passenger Name Records (PNRs) within the Sabre system.

• Utilize fare pricing tools and stored price quotes (PQs) in Sabre to price itineraries and confirm the correct fare prior to issuance.

• Generate electronic tickets (e-tickets) across various Pseudo City Codes (PCCs).

• Manage ticket exchanges and reissues when clients need to modify their flight arrangements.

• Process ticket voids and refunds as needed.

• Monitor the queue in Sabre to ensure that no task remains unacknowledged for longer than 30 minutes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS is an essential requirement for this position.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Sabre ticketing within a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company where ticketing was a primary responsibility.

• A comprehensive understanding of fare rules: you must be able to interpret the conditions associated with a ticket in Sabre and apply them accurately when issuing, changing, or refunding tickets.

• Exceptional attention to detail regarding passenger data accuracy.

• The capability to maintain a consistent work pace while ensuring precision.

• A proactive communication style: if there is something that appears incorrect or unclear, you should promptly alert your Team Lead.
