This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Supervise ticketing operations to ensure effective collaboration across various departments
• Develop and manage ticketing pages for events
• Collaborate with promoters to identify revenue opportunities
• Provide daily reports on ticket sales and buyer statistics
• Oversee box office operations on-site
• Establish and follow operational budgets
• Ensure adherence to company policies and audit procedures
• Process complimentary orders for community partners and sponsors
• In-depth knowledge of the ticketing industry and associated platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in large-scale festival production and operations
• Customer service experience in high-volume ticketed events
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capability to multitask and adapt to last-minute changes
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required
