This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Integrate substantial amounts of intricate, multi-source intelligence into clear, executive-level presentations, enabling senior leadership to swiftly grasp key risks, implications, and suggested actions.
• Execute advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations.
• Observe, analyze, and track emerging threat trends.
• Create and sustain intelligence metrics, KPIs, and performance measurements, ensuring that intelligence activities are quantifiable, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
• Quickly convert vague or incomplete intelligence requirements into high-confidence, sourced analytical conclusions.
• Evaluate reputational, geopolitical, and socio-political threats and assess their potential realization and impact on the organization and the wider industry.
• Investigate the origins, motivations, intentions, and evolution of threat actors and narratives within regional geopolitical and cultural frameworks.
• Employ intelligence platforms such as LifeRaft Navigator, Recorded Future, and various OSINT and threat intelligence tools to facilitate investigations, monitoring, and analysis.
• Provide support for urgent intelligence needs during rapidly changing geopolitical events or emerging situations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow analysts to enhance investigations, validate insights, and integrate findings across intelligence initiatives.
• Engage in analytical reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continually improve sourcing strategies, methodologies, and tradecraft.
• Over five years of practical experience in conducting advanced OSINT investigations.
• Proven history of outstanding professional writing skills, including strategic intelligence assessments, executive summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Extensive background in producing executive briefings, board-level intelligence deliverables, and senior leadership reports that simplify complex subjects into concise, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated capability in monitoring and analyzing open-source platforms.
• Proven experience in conducting attribution analysis and narrative tracking across diverse sources.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing geopolitical developments and their subsequent business or operational impacts.
• Practical experience in utilizing intelligence platforms such as LifeRaft Navigator, Recorded Future, or similar OSINT and threat intelligence solutions.
• Experience in addressing intelligence needs during swiftly evolving regional or global events.
• Proven experience in developing intelligence metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting structures.
• Practical experience in constructing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for executive and operational audiences.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting intelligence program performance data to support strategic decision-making.
