• Minimum of 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections, specifically with international accounts.

• Proficient in using dialers.

• Demonstrated experience in account management is essential.

• Knowledgeable about collection laws and regulations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• The candidate must exhibit a strong orientation toward customer service.
