Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Efficiently manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with overdue loan payments.

• Negotiate and implement effective payment arrangements, strictly adhering to Enova's established call flow to bring past due accounts up to date.

• Address customer inquiries and complex issues regarding late payments while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy.

• Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, outlining the consequences of overdue payments and providing support for financial resolution.

• Accurately document and maintain all customer interactions, payment plans, and pertinent information in Enova's database.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume debt collections environment, successfully handling both inbound and outbound calls while consistently achieving daily call volume goals.

• Outstanding conflict resolution and communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in active listening and utilizing de-escalation techniques during difficult calls.

• Strong negotiation skills, capable of balancing adherence to company policies with genuine customer empathy to achieve successful payment arrangements or settlements.

• Proven ability to self-manage in a remote work setting, showcasing excellent time management, strict schedule adherence, and the capacity to maintain focus, attention to detail, and multitask effectively.

• Demonstrated capability to think quickly and logically to creatively solve problems and manage challenging issues efficiently under pressure.
