Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from clients

• Process payments for customer wireless, wireline, and connect accounts

• Oversee customer accounts by issuing invoices, establishing autopay, and ensuring accounts remain active

• Rectify any issues or errors as indicated by management and/or quality control

• Foster positive public relations

• Comply with Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break policies

• Maintain focus and concentration to achieve performance targets

• Adapt positively to an evolving work environment

• Exhibit the ability to manage stress while striving to meet deadlines and performance objectives

• Cultivate a strong working relationship with assigned supervisors and colleagues

• Adhere to all relevant FDCPA, state, and city regulations as detailed in the InteLogix Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection laws Statement, the Collection Excellence, and System Training programs, as well as the FDCPA Test

• Support Managers with special projects

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Exceptional attendance record to ensure availability for our customers

• Strong computer and technology skills with the capability to efficiently manage multiple windows and tabs while delivering Best-In-Class Customer Experience during phone interactions

• Ability to stay focused on phone calls throughout the entire shift with minimal distractions

• Competence in applying basic mathematical concepts

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous experience in a Call Center or Collections environment is preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
