📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to retrieve overdue payments

• Engage with customers to motivate them to settle their debts

• Foster trustworthy relationships while ensuring prompt payment

• Minimum of 9 months experience in BPO - Collections for International accounts

• Proficient in using dialers

• Demonstrated experience in account management

• Knowledgeable about collection laws and regulations

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service orientation
