This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the Ascend model, balancing a clinical schedule with administrative tasks; approximately 80%–85% focus on direct patient care and 15%–20% on administrative duties.
• Supervise assigned Therapy direct reports by evaluating productivity, ensuring timely documentation, and utilizing schedules effectively.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for clinical and operational challenges as well as for enhancing operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate the onboarding and integration process for new Therapists.
• Offer proactive coaching, conduct bi-annual performance reviews, and support professional development opportunities.
• Address routine clinical inquiries while ensuring adherence to supervision and CEED guidance channels by providers.
• Engage in training, orientation, and quality assurance initiatives, which include chart reviews.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, compliance initiatives, and the prompt resolution of patient complaints.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, CEED, Clinical Supervisors, and Therapy leadership to enhance interdisciplinary workflows and training programs.
• Assist with projects and operational tasks within other service lines as necessary.
• Undertake additional leadership and operational tasks as assigned.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in both the state of primary residence and the state where therapy services are provided (mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the behavioral health field (mandatory).
• Board certification to offer clinical supervision (mandatory).
• Previous leadership experience (mandatory).
• Experience in policy and procedure development (preferred).
• Capability to sit for extended durations during work hours.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence.
• Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings.
• Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with one day per week from 10am to 7pm.
