Therapy Sales Specialist – Neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Achieve targets by strategically enhancing existing customer relationships and actively seeking new customers within the designated sales territory.

• Proactively plan, execute, and continuously enhance all commercial activities to secure sustainable market penetration.

• Develop and fortify long-term partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, particularly medical professionals.

• Provide expert assistance during procedures, support implantations and programming, and conduct training and follow-up measures at selected facilities.

• Offer therapy consulting and product expertise.

• Deliver informed advice to physicians and medical staff regarding innovative therapy solutions, especially in neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD).

• Implement and adjust market development strategies while actively contributing to product launches to ensure profitable growth.

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing), efficiently utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), manage ordering and billing processes, and continuously enhance customer-facing workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in a technical or medical discipline (e.g., biomedical engineering).

• Strong anatomical knowledge coupled with a pronounced technical and medical affinity.

• Confident and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Structured and proactive working style characterized by high flexibility, resilience, and a sales-oriented mindset.

• Experience with CRM systems and relevant tools, along with strong teamwork skills and integrity.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%) and possess a valid driver's license.
