This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive the promotion and sales of Medtronic's products and services within a designated geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Cultivate, enhance, and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Take responsibility for generating leads, evaluating needs, and delivering product services to maximize the advantages of Medtronic's offerings.
• Advocate for and facilitate the education regarding the company's products and/or services.
• Conduct market research, including analysis of customer and competitor activities.
• Execute market development plans and strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
• Relay customer insights on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal teams, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales or support experience within the medical device industry is preferred.
• Understanding of the competitive landscape within the Medical Industry.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Possession of a full, clean driver’s license.
• Awareness of the customer decision-making process (economic buyers, reimbursement).
• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Relevant experience in marketing, sales force competencies, or computer literacy is highly valued.
