1099 Nurse Practitioners, APRNs – Hormone Replacement Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for individuals seeking hormone optimization and wellness care.

• Review laboratory results, diagnose hormone imbalances, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.

• Initiate and oversee HRT protocols, including appropriate prescribing and follow-up care.

• Provide patient education regarding the risks, benefits, and long-term strategies for care.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation within telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate with a clinical and administrative support team to ensure a seamless experience for patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least 6 U.S. states.

• Licenses in California, Texas, New York, and Colorado are particularly sought after.

• Active and unrestricted DEA license.

• Capability to prescribe and manage controlled substances in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy.

• Experience in treating both male and female patients.

• Comfort in managing testosterone therapy, estrogen/progesterone therapy, adjunct wellness medications, and ongoing laboratory monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of endocrine health, preventative care, and optimization protocols.
