Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy services in a virtual setting.

• Perform diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations.

• Create and revise personalized treatment plans.

• Draft discharge summaries and maintain clinical documentation.

• Work collaboratively with families, schools, referral sources, and treatment team members.

• Engage in supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, Medicaid, state, and agency regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent).

• Experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.

• Background in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health issues.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation requirements.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
