Therapy Sales Specialist, Advanced Surgical Therapies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Execute a variety of surgical products and services within hospitals, primarily in the operating room, with a focus on driving sales growth.

• Assume responsibility for tasks and thrive in an independent work environment.

• Organize your workload autonomously, concentrating on reaching your objectives.

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff in the proper utilization of our surgical product range.

• Oversee tender cases while collaborating with the tender team, product managers, and sales manager.

• Identify potential sales leads, develop action plans, and follow up on new opportunities and referrals.

• Engage with purchasing managers and hospital administrators to establish and negotiate comprehensive sales contracts.

• Enhance customer insights by collecting data on account activities, potential opportunities, key decision-makers, competitive involvement, and market share.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive sales experience and a proven track record.

• Highly motivated, sales-oriented, enthusiastic, adaptable to change and growth, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, persuasive, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in Dutch and a strong command of English.

• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills, accustomed to working independently with exceptional time management capabilities.
