This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the customer implementation process and the procedural success metrics to promote the adoption of new Pelvic Health therapies within designated accounts.
• Assist healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of new therapies, including, but not limited to, implants and technologies that facilitate procedural success.
• Deliver education and technical support to healthcare providers to improve their understanding, application, and long-term adoption of new therapies.
• Recognize challenges in implementation and broader adoption, and determine the best course of action for resolution.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure a successful product launch.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience*
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience*
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience*
• *Relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Advanced degree or certification in a relevant area
• Experience in product launches and market introductions of medical devices
• Demonstrated success in physician training and/or case coverage
• Strong comprehension of surgical procedures and medical device technology
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and resolve barriers to full adoption
• Proficient in managing change in a manner that alleviates concerns among others
