Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual and family therapy while developing customized treatment plans, conducting intake evaluations for new clients, and completing insurance review documentation.

• Collaborate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate IOP group sessions as required, creating a nurturing environment for clients and their families.

• Partner with compassionate colleagues who prioritize trust, service, growth, and results in providing outstanding mental health support.

• Engage in therapeutic conversations with clients, families, and providers to encourage holistic, patient-centered care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully licensed in the state of Maryland (Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Preferred experience using relational, experiential, and systemic therapeutic modalities.

• Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, with the ability to effectively incorporate these methods into your practice.

• Enthusiastic about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their pivotal developmental years.

• Experience in providing online therapy is highly preferred, ensuring you can deliver effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
