Therapy Development Manager, DBS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create new accounts by assisting in the development of DBS programs from inception or by acquiring business from competitors' strongholds.

• Maintain current accounts by offering expert procedural support and expedited backfill training.

• Recover at-risk accounts through conducting situational analyses and executing corrective or mitigative action plans.

• Conduct new hire training, advanced training, and provide field-based technology training and support.

• Spearhead the US launch of new products, platforms, and indications.

• Offer advanced procedural, programming, and troubleshooting assistance.

• Support business development efforts, customer experience visits, professional education events, and the execution of clinical studies.

• Provide insights to upstream and downstream marketing teams.

• Assist with global product launches and represent the company at international conferences while engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/medical field, marketing, or a comparable qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in medical device product areas or related fields, including direct sales experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a therapy-specific role.

• Willingness to travel regionally as required to support business activities (50%).
