California Licensed Therapist – W2 Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Candidates must be available to conduct a minimum of 5 sessions per week.

• Deliver exceptional and innovative tele-therapy services to Headspace clients via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.

• Complete, sign, and finalize clinical case notes in the EMR system within 48 hours following each session.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, which includes health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers.

• Maintain consistent communication with clinical leadership by checking and responding to emails promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Licensed Psychologist or a master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a license in California and be a resident of California.

• An independent clinical license such as LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or LPCC in good standing is necessary.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge, ability, and commitment to delivering culturally responsive care.

• Proficiency and comfort with technology, including various applications, tech tools, Google web apps, video conferencing, and EMR systems. **Tech-savviness is essential.**
