This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities across Europe.
• Meet annual sales, revenue, and funnel objectives.
• Foster and maintain business relationships at all organizational levels.
• Actively engage in sales activities with clients on-site.
• Regular travel is necessary to meet customers face-to-face.
• Keep in touch with current clients while seeking to develop new relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and coordinate with proposal managers.
• BA/BS/PhD degree in a Life Sciences field;
• Established knowledge in the Cell and/or Gene Therapy sector.
• Existing connections within the Cell and Gene Therapy industry.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Previous experience in a CDMO organization is essential.
• Exceptional ability to cultivate key customer relationships.
• Capacity to educate and present technical value propositions effectively.
• Proven success in acquiring new business.
• Strategic and analytical approach with excellent presentation and influencing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
