Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, innovative tele-therapy services to Headspace patients using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.

• Complete, sign, and finalize clinical case notes in the EMR within 48 hours of each session as part of the per-session reimbursement rate.

• Maintain your personalized database to document proof of licensure, updates, expiration dates, and personal details.

• Ensure your availability calendar is consistently updated.

• Collaborate with a care team that includes health coaches, fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families.

• An independent clinical license to practice in good standing (no clinical supervision required) at the Master's or Doctoral level.

• Capability to offer at least 10 sessions per week for bookings, with flexibility to adjust as necessary.

• Availability for night and weekend sessions is a plus.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based care.

• Experience in risk management and handling higher acuity cases.

• Knowledge, capability, and commitment to delivering culturally responsive care.

• Familiarity and comfort with care delivery technology, including various applications, tech tools, Google web-apps, video conferencing, and EMR systems.

• Access to a safe and secure location with a reliable internet connection for delivering Zoom-based psychotherapy.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
