Therapy Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Meeting the sales targets assigned for specific territories or geographic areas.

• Conducting effective fieldwork without the need for direct daily supervision.

• Reporting field activities daily through the designated online system.

• Adhering to the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division.

• Maximizing prescription generation and enhancing market share.

• Promoting the products of the division in alignment with strategic objectives.

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists.

• Assisting in the development of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy (BSc/B. Pharma).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency and confidence in speaking.
