Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans to address the individual needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Minnesota.

• Holds a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus — we manage it regardless.
