Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative care team

• Handle documentation through an efficient EMR and AI documentation solutions

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations

• Develop and sustain a patient caseload aligned with specified availability

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or comparable

• Licensed to practice in Washington

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage

• Capacity to schedule at least 15 sessions weekly with Sailor Health

• Competence in delivering psychotherapy independently in a virtual context
