Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment

• Create tailored treatment plans addressing the specific needs of each individual patient

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive care team

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined electronic medical record and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential

• Must be licensed in North Dakota

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Prior experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous — we can manage it either way
