Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a remote environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation through EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Establish availability and conduct therapy sessions with assigned patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed in Virginia.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably have experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Be proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Willing to schedule at least 15 therapy sessions weekly with Sailor Health.
