Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through virtual sessions.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while collaborating within a care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Offer support for issues related to grief, loss, isolation, and significant life changes.

• Establish a caseload based on your specified availability.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must hold a license in Pennsylvania.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be able to provide at least 15 sessions weekly.

• Status as an independently licensed therapist is required.

• 1099 clinicians start with 15 hours per week; W2 clinicians begin at 25 hours per week.
