This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Delivers therapy sessions for individuals, groups, families, and/or couples.
• Works alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide thorough treatment for clients and their families.
• Maintains strict professional boundaries with clients at all times.
• Co-facilitates therapy sessions with clients and their support systems.
• Manages a caseload of clients, ensuring the effective delivery of individual and family therapy according to established treatment plans.
• Develops, executes, and continually evaluates personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches in client treatment.
• Offers guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals.
• Actively participates in discussions within the treatment team.
• Engages in multidisciplinary case conceptualization.
• Promotes effective communication and teamwork within the multidisciplinary group.
• Conducts thorough intake evaluations to assess new clients.
• Aids in maintaining a therapeutic environment by managing the milieu as necessary.
• Communicates efficiently with the Utilization Review team.
• Develops comprehensive discharge plans, providing informed recommendations for ongoing care.
• Current Associate or Independent licensure required in the state of Washington.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences discipline is required.
• Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy is necessary.
• Preference for candidates with DBT, CBT, or FBT experience.
• Experience in treating Eating Disorders is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
