This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy services.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others).

• Standardized session durations (60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments).

• Steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent objectives.

• No responsibilities related to inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.

• Access to an in-house referral network connecting with psychiatrists.

• Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

• Autonomy in making treatment decisions.

• Opportunity to influence scheduling and weekly availability within operational parameters.

• Clinical practices aligned with evidence-based standards.

• Available clinical leadership for consultation and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).

• Possess an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available).

• Hold two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).

• Comfortable managing a stable outpatient caseload.

• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and ability for independent decision-making.

• Ability to practice in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.

• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.

• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
