This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
β’ Fully remote outpatient therapy opportunities
β’ Serving lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others)
β’ Standard session durations consisting of 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments
β’ Steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals
β’ No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls
β’ In-house referral network connecting to and from psychiatrists
β’ Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
β’ Autonomy in treatment decision-making
β’ Opportunity to influence scheduling and weekly availability within operational parameters
β’ Clinical practice guided by evidence-based standards
β’ Care expectations defined by practicing clinicians to enhance professional judgment and shared responsibility for quality
β’ Therapists must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or similar)
β’ Must possess an active, unrestricted license (support for multi-state licensing is available)
β’ Required to have two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
β’ Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload comfortably
β’ Strong clinical judgment, effective communication abilities, and capacity for independent decision-making
β’ Comfort in a dynamic yet sustainable outpatient environment
β’ (Preferred) Experience in outpatient settings, community mental health, hospitals, IOP, or other structured clinical environments
β’ (Preferred) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
β’ Opportunities for full-time and part-time W-2 employment
β’ Starting salary of $70k with the potential to earn up to an additional $20k in incentives
β’ Salary increases based on tenure after 2 years
