This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Fully remote outpatient therapy services.
β’ Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others.
β’ Standard session durations include 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
β’ Steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives.
β’ No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
β’ Access to an in-house referral network for collaboration with psychiatrists.
β’ Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
β’ Therapists must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
β’ Possession of an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available).
β’ Must have two or more independent and active state licenses (with the exception of CA, NY, and MA).
β’ Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload with ease.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and capability for independent decision-making.
β’ Comfort in practicing within a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.
β’ (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.
β’ (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
β’ Opportunities for full-time and part-time W-2 employment.
β’ Base compensation of $70k, with potential to earn up to $20k in incentives.
β’ Salary increases based on tenure after 2 years of service.
