Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient therapy services.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and others.

• Standard session durations include 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.

• Steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent objectives.

• No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.

• Access to an in-house referral network for collaboration with psychiatrists.

• Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Therapists must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support is available).

• Must have two or more independent and active state licenses (with the exception of CA, NY, and MA).

• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload with ease.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and capability for independent decision-making.

• Comfort in practicing within a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.

• (Highly desired) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.

• (Highly desired) Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
