Therapeutic Strategy Lead – Internal Medicine, Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute delivery strategies throughout the RFP/Bid Defense process.

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams, providing insights for customized strategies.

• Analyze the therapeutic and operational environment to create long-term implementation plans.

• Serve as an advocate for project centricity and empower the project delivery team.

• Guide and mentor the Project Leader in presenting strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Assist Sales in preparing for customer engagements and bid defense meetings.

• Identify quality concerns within studies and offer coaching for resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.

• Relevant global clinical research experience at the director level.

• Direct operational delivery or drug development experience in Internal Medicine/Immunology.

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the scientific, clinical operations, real-world, regulatory, operational, commercial, and competitive landscapes.

• Strong global understanding of the biopharma industry and the drug development lifecycle.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research regulatory standards (GCP, ICH).

• Solid business acumen with skills in financial considerations and negotiation.

• Strong customer management abilities.

• Capacity to lead a virtual team within a matrix organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in software and computer applications, including MS Office suite.
