This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate sales strategies tailored to specific territories.
• Inform endocrinology and primary care providers about Tzield and its screening procedures.
• Establish a strong customer base for Tzield.
• Work in close collaboration with all relevant cross-functional teams.
• Play a key role in developing screening strategies and take ownership of execution to engage PCPs and Pediatricians in early detection and screening efforts.
• Foster belief in the significance of early detection for Type 1 Diabetes and the necessity of screening.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
• Proven capability to comprehend and utilize data to enhance business management and oversee sales within designated customer territories.
• Demonstrated success in raising educational awareness, provider adoption, and customer engagement.
• Experience in successfully launching products in the market.
• Background in collaborating and operating within a matrix environment across various sales, medical, and support functions.
• Strong business insight and a solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to strategically plan and implement work effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to engage in meaningful two-way dialogue with stakeholders.
• High level of accountability for feedback, coaching, and outcomes.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for customer visits, conventions, training, and other internal meetings.
