This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the regions of East Montreal, Laval, Laurentides, and Lanaudière.
• Create robust business plans to execute the brand strategy along with relevant field tactics.
• Propel strong sales efforts and optimize both short- and long-term revenue streams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.
• Strategically plan and assess visits to enhance sales results consistently.
• Achieve or surpass sales, brand performance, financial, and commercial targets.
• Tackle customer objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to secure commitments.
• Address the needs, expectations, and challenges of key stakeholders to foster trusted relationships.
• Implement a call plan that maximizes coverage of key clients.
• Gain insights into the market, competition, customers, disease states, products, and clinical expertise.
• Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members.
• Highlight AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Identify, train, and retain experts in disease states as well as speakers/spokespersons.
• A university degree is required.
• Demonstrated success in a sales role.
• Exceptional presentation capabilities.
• Strong skills in building customer relationships.
• A passion for embracing challenges and achieving results.
• Excellent business insight; possessing strategic, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to foresee potential outcomes from both customer and competitor viewpoints.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including occasional evenings or weekends and overnight stays.
• A valid driver’s license and passport are necessary.
